POOLTEXX IS WONDERFUL!Brad and Paul always deliver amazing service. If something goes wrong with my equipment. They always know exactly what needs to be done. They always show up when they are supposed to and go above and beyond any other pool company. Today is New Year's Day 2026 and it's raining outside, I looked out the back slider and Brad is out there servicing my pool in the rain on a holiday!! Who does this?Every time Brad comes he does not show up for 2 minutes and leave again. He always puts the time in on my pool. I appreciate pool tax and have been there. Happy customer for many years now Paul and Brad are the best!

In, out, fluttering about with a mission. They are here and gone before you know and nothing but sparkling water and a clean environment.Float like a Butterfly, sting like a bee.10/15/25 Well, another rain and wind storm and the pool was trashed. Leaves and debris all over and nothing but mayhem. Well, Paul arrived, fluttered around for a few minutes and nothing but a clean sparkling pool when he completed the cleanup. Nothing but amazing.He's the best.

We could not beeeelive the difference in only 1 day of service I. Hiring our new pool tech Paul! We felt we weren’t getting the pool services we were paying for with our previous pool tech and boy were we right! Paul is extremely intelligent and answers all your questions confidently. Paul came out and assessed what was needed. He was professional and efficient. Had a beginning case of Algae bloom, and where other vendors had quoted me $1,200.00 Minimum to drain the pool, Paul gave a reasonable estimate for work and service and got my pool turned around and looking great in under a week.

Paul and Brad are amazing. We had a little bit of an emergency phosphate issue in the pool a few days before Fourth of July. Brad came out tested to be sure it was the phosphates. They got us through with some chlorine for the day and a few days later they were out fixing the phosphate issues, our pool looks great! Anytime we have questions, they respond quickly.
